I hate to be treated as a 'resource', I really do.You may be a big stud in your own right, but that doesnt make me nothing. I dont expect to be consulted, but atleast I should be informed about decisions that are taken about this resource that is me.

yeah even i hate to be called a resource , but i solace myself by calling myself a "resourceful perosn" rather than resource itself...

nice way of looking at things Su Depp..may be i should start to try things like that instead of cribbing abt things which are not in my control..but what the hell..its my birth right to crib!! besides if i dont crib..what am i going to write abt in my blog??
Everyone is a number on the VP's excel sheet
I wouldn't mind that till I start to directly interact with the VP, but I dont want to be another number, like another resource, another computer, another cubicle,etc, to my immediate superior.
