After two (short) long rides to banerghatta national park and big banyan tree-manchinabale dam, went on a really long ride last saturday with my bro-in-law. Destination was mydanahalli black buck sanctuary and devarayana durga on the way back. Covered both places with last minute addition of goravanahaLi also..total distance covered..336 kms.. in a day..tiring..but definitely was fun..

i guess the flower is called phiranipani or frirangipani.
That flower is called 'Chafa' in marathi..
came to know that the flower is called 'devaganagale' in kannada..
and there is some interesting trivia about the flower..despite its beautiful colors and scent..apparently it is not 'poojaarha' (not used in pooja)
